Living Alone Together

I developed a centralized workspace in Notion to efficiently manage all aspects of Safehouse, a privately owned, invite-only co-living space with locations in Puerto Rico, California, and Spain. 

This setup includes systems for bookings, calendars, inventory management, and welcome booklets.

Additionally, I:
  • Shopped for bedding, decorations, kitchen utensils, appliances, and general supplies.
  • Established a maintenance schedule for regular upkeep and emergency repairs.
  • Organized dinner parties at the San Juan location.
  • Cooked at dinner parties.
  • Actively participated in brainstorming sessions for the Safehouse Design Book.
  • Organized the book's content and implemented a project management tool to streamline its creation.
  • Designed the conversation flow for a concierge bot.
